What I enjoy the most is how easy it is to use common ingredients for healing. The spiral binding is so handy in the kitchen. I'm not fond of pharmaceuticals anymore and just want to continue using holistic solutions. This handbook is the absolute best.

I love the diversity of herbs used in the recipes. There are many herbal remedy books out right now but they all seem to cover the same plants. There is just so much more in this book. There are good pictures to identify the herbs. There are clear descriptions for uses and dosages. I am very happy with the book and even bought a second copy to give my daughter-in-law.

I bought 'Natural Healing Recipes' out of curiosity and ended up learning a lot. The author does a good job of explaining the context behind each remedy. While I haven't tried the remedies yet, the book is well-written and science-backed.

I am so impressed with the amount of valuable information contained on each page! It is the easy-to-read information which will change and improve the simplest things in your life. Like mincing garlic and slicing garlic and letting it "rest" for a few minutes so you get the true benefits of it. Amazing information on each page. Good for you! And us!
